Fresh Heirloom Tomato Pizza


Knead the pizza dough until it feels smooth and elastic.

Fill in some text

Drizzle olive oil onto a baking sheet. Place the dough in the center. Let rise for an hour and a half.

Spread a third of the sauce all over the dough and sprinkle the crust with sesame seeds


Once the cheese is golden and bubbly, immediately top it with the tomato slices.

Add the basil leaves and garlic chives blossoms and finish the dish with salt and fresh ground pepper.
