Marinated Sweet Peas with Back Bacon and Burrata

Boil the peas for 3-5 minutes or until tender.

Whisk to combine the shallots, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Pour the mixture over the peas and toss to coat. Marinate for 2 hours.

Spoon the peas into a shallow serving bowl and top with bacon and burrata.
